Prospect to Profit — FAQs
Below are the questions we’re asked most before a business commits to Prospect to Profit.
Prospect to Profit manages the gap between an enquiry landing in your inbox and that enquiry becoming a client. We build a Prospect Journey, a Customer Journey and a set of communication templates around your business, then manage every enquiry against that process so nothing is missed and no follow-up is left to chance.
It’s built for established businesses that already receive a steady flow of enquiries but don’t have the capacity to follow every one of them through properly. If your challenge is generating more enquiries rather than converting the ones you already have, this isn’t the right service for you, and we’ll say so.
No. Prospect to Profit doesn’t generate leads; it makes sure the leads you already have are followed up, nurtured and converted consistently.
The Prospect Journey covers everything from first enquiry to decision. The Customer Journey starts once someone says yes, covering onboarding, milestones and the touchpoints that keep a client with you and recommending you. Both are built around your business and your tone rather than a generic template.
Yes. Every template is built around how your business communicates, and nothing goes live until you’ve approved it.
We work with you to build your Prospect Journey, Customer Journey and communication templates over a series of structured sessions. Nothing goes live until you’ve approved each part.
That’s common, and it’s not a problem. Prospect to Profit is often brought in where an existing process exists but follow-up is inconsistent, or where the person handling enquiries is stretched across too much else.
No, and we wouldn’t want to promise something outside our control. What we guarantee is that every enquiry is handled promptly, followed up properly and never left to chance. Better systems and consistent follow-up create the conditions for more enquiries to convert, but the decision always sits with the prospect.
Once your journeys are built and approved, our team manages your inbox, follows up according to the agreed process and keeps you updated on pipeline status and conversion.
The Setup Service is a fixed one-off investment, spread over three months, covering the research, design, build, testing and review of your Prospect Journey, Customer Journey and Communication Templates. If you’d like us to carry on running the system for you afterwards, Ongoing Support is a separate fixed-term arrangement. We’ll talk you through the figures once we understand your enquiry volume.
If enquiries are coming in but you suspect some are slipping through, it’s worth a conversation. We’ll look honestly at where the gaps are and tell you if Prospect to Profit is the right fit, or if it isn’t.
One employee gives you one set of skills, one holiday allowance and one point of failure. Prospect to Profit gives you a system built once and then run by a team, so enquiries keep moving even when someone’s on leave or the workload spikes.
No. Setup stands on its own. Once it’s built, tested and handed over, your team can run it themselves. Ongoing Support is only for businesses who’d rather we kept running it for them, and it’s a separate arrangement with a minimum six-month term.
We’ll need access to whatever your Prospect and Customer Journeys touch, typically your inbox, calendar and CRM. Access is agreed with you during setup, logins are handled securely and nothing is shared beyond the team working on your account.
That’s common, and it doesn’t mean starting from scratch. We assess what’s already working during setup and build around it rather than replacing it wholesale.
No. We build the system around whatever you already use wherever possible.
A UK-based team, led by Michelle, manages your account. You always know who you’re dealing with.
Setup builds your Prospect Journey, Customer Journey and Communication Templates. Ongoing P2P means our team runs them from your inbox. Bespoke means a full remote operations team built around your wider business rather than just enquiries.
Yes. Data is handled in line with GDPR throughout, and access is limited to what’s needed to run your system.
Start with a short call with Michelle to talk through your current process and where the gaps are.
One employee gives you one set of skills, one holiday allowance and one point of failure. Prospect to Profit gives you a full team, coordinated through one lead, working to a system that keeps running even when someone’s out of office, for a similar monthly investment and without the payroll, HR or recruitment that comes with employing someone.
Setup stands on its own. Once your Prospect Journey, Customer Journey and Communication Templates are built, tested and handed over, your own team can run them without us. Ongoing Support is only for businesses who’d rather we kept running the system for them, and it’s a separate commitment from Setup.
We typically need access to your inbox, calendar and CRM, since that’s what the Prospect and Customer Journeys touch. Access is agreed with you during Setup, logins are handled securely and only the team working on your account can see your data.
That’s common, and it doesn’t mean starting again from scratch. We assess what’s already working during Setup and build the Prospect Journey and Customer Journey around it rather than replacing it wholesale.
No. We build the system around whatever CRM, inbox and calendar tools you already use, wherever possible.

Setup builds your Prospect Journey, Customer Journey and Communication Templates. Ongoing P2P means our team runs them from your inbox. Going Bespoke means a full remote operations team built around your wider business, not just enquiries.
Yes. All enquiry and customer data is handled in line with UK GDPR, and access is limited to what’s needed to run your system. Setup itself begins with a collaboration session to map your tone and standards, typically within a week of signing up.
