When was the last time you reviewed the business technology resources that you currently use within your business?

Perhaps when you started your entrepreneurial journey, you had that all too common feeling of overwhelm? Did your questions sound a little something like this…
  • Which technology to use?
  • What software is the most cost effective?
  • How to know which ones can be relied on?
  • Where to find all the information you need?
  • Who could help you with making sure you were using it correctly?

The problem with technology today, is that although it’s designed to help us be more productive, there is so much of it out there, that more often than not we just don’t know where to start. Alternatively, we sign up for so many trials of the latest and greatest ‘tools’ that we never use one particular resource to full potential. We then just end up with an inbox full of or automated emails from that provider, telling us all the things it can do for us, but we just don’t have time to do it! Sound familiar?

Did you go with the first resource you found or did you hunt around a little, trialling all the different options until you felt you had found the perfect fit for your business?

Are you still using the same tool to help you with your bookkeeping, your social media management, your email marketing etc, that you signed up for when you first started out? If you are, then it may be time just to review if your chosen resource is working for you as well as it should be.

If you have been using the same technology for some time, then you may be reluctant to implement any changes.  Here’s a great article that will help you identify if now is the right time to assess your techie tools.

5 Signs You Need New Tech (and How to Pick the Right Tools)

Does your business need to update its technological tools? You may be hesitant to make a switch, especially if you’ve become accustomed to your current system, but if you don’t have up-to-date solutions that can make your operations more efficient, you may be wasting your already limited time and resources.

Like the article says “…There’s no shame in asking for help…” so if you find that you could do with a little assistance in appraising your techie tools, then we are here to lend a Virtual Hand.

As Virtual Assistants, we work with many resource tools or a variety of different clients and industries, so we may be able to help you out with a few reputable suggestions, or show you how you can get more out of the technology you are already using.

Alternatively, if your current system works for you, but you just don’t have the time to use it to full functionality, then maybe you need someone to help explore this for you.

Get in touch with us here to arrange your free Discovery Call. We will help you get your appraisal underway in no time.
