How are your plans coming together for Christmas?

As much as we don’t want to cause any panic, we thought we would send out a gentle reminder that Christmas is only a few weeks away and like everything in life, it will be upon us before we know it!

There’s so much to do in preparation for the big day. For many of us with busy lives running our own businesses, the preparation sometimes only starts when we wrap up work on Christmas Eve! We then spend whatever available hours we have dashing around the shops until closing time, and then getting ourselves in a frenzy wrapping up the gifts we have purchased.

Does this sound familiar? Are you someone that leaves everything to the last minute because you are just so busy spinning so many other plates? (That’s a reminder… have you got enough dinner plates or your Christmas feast? Quick, add that to the list!)

If you can relate to Christmas being a ‘fly by the seat of your pants’ kind of affair, then we just might have an idea for you.

Have you thought about a personal concierge service?

If you haven’t then now might just be the time. Even if you are someone that tends to have this time of year under control, it may well be that you could be spending your time elsewhere and letting someone else take the reins for you (or at least just ease some pressure).

Here are a few ideas you might want to consider:-

  • It’s understandable that buying gifts should really be something personal. After all, you don’t want your nearest and dearest unwrapping their beautifully presented parcels, and you being just as surprised by the contents inside. However, a Personal Concierge can help you if you are stuck for gift ideas, or can even do a little research to get the best offer on the perfect present that you have set your sights on.
  • Thinking of taking a trip away from home and spending the ‘Holiday’ somewhere different? Travel planning can take up time, so why not let your Person Concierge do the leg work for you. If finding flights frustrates you or you don’t have time to find a hotel for your perfect place to spend Christmas day, then relieve the pressure and get someone on the case to do it for you.
  • Christmas dinner can be stressful. Whether you are cooking for two or you have the entire extended family to feed, you might prefer to dine away from home. These days there are many pubs and restaurants offering Christmas dinner, to take the stress out of the day so why not let your Personal Concierge find you the best place to fill yourself up with all that delightful food with all the trimmings.

We have a few more ideas to share with you, and we will reveal them in our next blog post. However, if you can’t wait to find out more, why not contact us here at Virtual Hand to find out how your own Personal Concierge could make sure this really is the season for you to be jolly and not full of stress and overwhelm.
